How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours, and usually sooner. Every reply comes from Ms. Parikh herself rather than from an office or a sales team, which is also why replies arrive at Indian working hours. If you have not heard back in a day, check your spam folder before assuming the message did not arrive, and feel free to write directly to [email protected].
What happens after I send the enquiry form?
Three things, in order. Ms. Parikh reads what you sent and replies with a suggested starting level, because the right level matters more than the right course name. You agree a time for a free demo class in your own time zone. You take the demo, which is a real lesson rather than a sales call, and only then decide whether to carry on. Nothing is paid before that point.
Is the first class really free, and is there a catch?
It is genuinely free and there is no obligation. It runs as a normal lesson, so you see how Ms. Parikh actually teaches rather than a demonstration built for the purpose, and it includes a short conversation about where you should start. The reason it exists is that placing a student at the wrong level is the most common way online tuition goes wrong, and one lesson settles it better than any form can.
Do I need to know any Hindi or Sanskrit before starting?
No. Every course is taught entirely through English, including the ones for absolute beginners, so no prior knowledge of either language is assumed at any point. This matters for two groups in particular: adults abroad who speak no Indian language, and children who hear Hindi at home but have never read it. Both start comfortably.
I am not in India. Can the timings work?
Yes, and the arithmetic is friendlier than most people expect. Classes are taught from Mumbai, so a morning class here falls in the early afternoon in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, and an evening class here falls in the afternoon across Europe and the UK. For North America the early morning here reaches the previous evening. Tell us your time zone in the form and we will propose times that suit you.
When and how do I pay?
Not until after the free demo class, once you have decided to carry on and a level and a time are agreed. Fees are per 60-minute session rather than per month, so nothing is tied to a calendar month and there is no minimum commitment. Ms. Parikh will share the payment details directly once you enrol.
