Sessions are one hour, live and recorded. You pay for sessions, not for months.

The information/material provided on the website is provided on an "As Is" basis. Sanskrit Shiksha does not warranty the accuracy, completeness, non-obsolescence, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the information available through the service. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts
Either Sanskrit Shiksha or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If We terminate your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.
Refund and Cancellation
The free demo class is the trial. It is free, carries no obligation, and includes a short placement conversation so you can judge the teaching and confirm the right level before any money changes hands. Nothing is charged until after it. Book a free demo class here.
Sessions already taught are not refunded. The slot was reserved and the teaching was delivered. Sessions you have paid for but not yet taken are refunded or credited, whichever you prefer. This is why the demo comes first.
You pay by the session, not by the month. Nothing is tied to a calendar month and there is no minimum commitment. You agree a number of sessions with Ms. Parikh, pay for those, and stop whenever you choose. There is no notice period and nothing to cancel.
If you paid for several sessions at once. Any you have not taken are refunded or credited in full, at the same per-session rate you actually paid. Where a group rate or the second-subject discount applied, the refund is calculated at that discounted rate.
How a refund reaches you. By the same method you paid with, within 7 to 10 working days of it being agreed.
Classes missed or cancelled. On the courses, every class is recorded and shared, so a missed class is not a lost class. Sanskrit and Hindi school tuition is not recorded; if a student misses a class, a compensation class is arranged instead. If Ms. Parikh needs to cancel a session, it is rescheduled, or added back to your remaining sessions, at no cost to you.

Legal Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of India shall govern any dispute arising from the use of this website and the courts in Mumbai, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all such matters.
